REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
We ask participants of the 13TH YEAR OF THE TRADITIONAL ANNUAL ASSOCIATION FOR INTERNET PROGRESS (SPIR) EVENT #IAC20 to register for the Conference using the Online Registration form (in Czech only, screenshots of the translated registration UI to EN). Please read the instructions below carefully. Online registration will be available up until 9 February 2020.

All listed fees are in CZK and include local 21% VAT.
*SPIR MEMBER – only first registered participant from the SPIR members is eligible for SPIR MEMBER fee. All other participants will fall under NEXT SPIR MEMBER fee category.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the later fee will be automatically applied. Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

CONFIRMATION
Each participant will receive the registration overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form. Please print this confirmation, you will use it to receive conference materials at the Registration desk at the venue.
PAYMENT
All fees need to be paid in CZK (Kč), free of all bank charges. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.
Bank Transfer
After the Registration is complete, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with payment details and unique Registration number. Bank transfer payment has to be identified by the Registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details. Without these payment details, the payment cannot be allocated to the Registration.
Payment by bank transfer is possible until 30 January 2019. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
All online payments are processed via „GP webpay“. „GP webpay“ , conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. These standards are designated as 3D Secure and they ensure maximum payment security. Click here to learn more about online payments security.
In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card.

FINAL INVOICE
The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt. Please make sure invoice details are correct, changes to the final invoice will not be possible.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing (mail, fax, e-mail) to the address of the secretariat.
Cancellation of registration:
- until 11 December 2019, administrative fee of 1000 Kč will be deducted from all refunds
- between 12 December 2019 and 12 January 2020 – 50% of the fee will be deducted from all refunds
- after 13 January 2020 no refund can be processed
Registration can be transferred to another person free of charge.
INSURANCE
Registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.
We take your privacy very seriously, so in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here.
